First, you must visit any of the Doctor Leather branches for a free assessment/consultation.
Doctor Leather can be found in the 8 malls in Metro Manila: Alabang Town Center, SM Mall of Asia, Glorietta, Greenbelt 5, SM Megamall Fashion Hall, Greenhills Shopping Center, Eastwood Mall and the latest addition – Trinoma. Patrons can visit anytime as long as within mall operating hours.

Initial assessment/consultation is absolutely free! Our friendly staff will be assisting you throughout the process. Ideally, Doctor Leather recommends a minimum of two weeks for repair, but depending on the damage of your bag or other leather item and the current workload, this can take longer.
Upon arrival, customers will need to fill out a form so they can be placed in the lineup of items for consultation/repair.
Unlike other repair shops who send off your bag or leather item to a different workshop or service center, Doctor Leather has its own workshop and a set of specialists in each of its branches. This assures the customers that no improper handling will happen, nor any instance that can cause additional stress to their beloved bags or leather items.

After tending to your bag or leather item, the staff from your preferred branch will call you so you can schedule pickup of the item. Leather bags are kept in dust bags or ecobags and kept in proper cabinets in the store until the customer picks them up.

Apart from bag cleaning and restoration, Doctor Leather also offers additional services for your leather goodies! These include: change of bag lining, change of bag handle, stitching, electroplating, change colour, and zipper replacement. For non-bags, we also do shoe cleaning, change sole, and wallet cleaning and restoration.
